Snooze Clues


Here's how your should be sleeping:


1. Snooze on your side. lying flat on your back or stomach can alter the normal curves of your spine,


2. Bend your knees and hips slightly to relieve pressure on the disks in your spine


3. Place a pillow between your knees to reduce stress on the sciatic nerve in your top leg


4. Sleep with your neck in a neutral position-tilting it can move your cervical spine out of alignment


5. Rest your arms in front of your body. holding a pillow can help support your upper arm and shoulder too.
